To join Derbyshire Time Swap you must complete a simple application form. The form has 6 pages and should take 10-15 mins to complete. It will ask for your personal details and contact information which we hold on our records for the length of your membership. It will also ask for the name, phone, email and street address of two people who've known you for two or more years, so please get their permission before completing the form.
 
Once references are received, the Development Officer for your area will contact you to arrange an induction. The induction should take around an hour and will go through how Time Swap works in detail and how you can get involved as a member. You will need to provide two forms of ID at the induction, such as a passport and driving licence or official letter, to confirm your identity and your address.
