What is Corporate Volunteering?
Corporate Volunteering, also known as Employer-supported volunteering (ESV), is a programme where an organisation’s employees take paid time off to volunteer during work hours. Employees can choose to use this time to support a charity or community group of their own choice, or to take up an opportunity provided by their employer. ESV has several benefits, including demonstrating social responsibility, developing new skills, team building, improving recruitment, retention and engagement.

What can you
do with the
hours you
earn?
Hours earned through a swap with us can be used by your organisation for one of the many offers we have from our members, from help with social media to mindfulness coaching and more.
If your organisation would prefer to participate as part of your Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, then the hours can be donated back to the Community Pot to be used by members in need.
